Fleura: Period & Health Tracker

A free period and health tracker for every stage of your cycle

No subscription. No in-app purchases. Five tracking modes, predictions that show a range instead of a guess dressed up as certainty, and a My Health hub for medication reminders, self-checks and screening guidance. Every feature, for every person, from the day you open it.

No credit card. No trial that expires.

Free on iPhone and Android — and Fleura also works in any browser, installed to your home screen.

How this compares

Most cycle apps hold something back

It's a familiar shape in this category: the calendar is free, and predictions past next month, data export, or sharing with a partner sit behind a monthly or yearly subscription. Fleura doesn't have a paid tier to move you toward. Every feature on this page — every mode, every prediction, every guide — is in the free version, because there isn't another one to sell you.

Logging

Track what's actually relevant to you

Period flow, your overall mood for the day, 60+ symptoms across pain, digestive, skin, emotional, energy and sexual health, basal body temperature, LH results and cervical mucus, medications, and free-text notes. Add your own tags for anything that isn't on the list. Chips, not a form — one tap records, and there's no save button to remember.

The Fleura Insights screen, showing a predicted period range, upcoming cycles, checks due, and a clinical report option
Predictions & insights

Predictions that stay honest

Next period, ovulation and your fertile window — always a range that narrows as Fleura learns your pattern, never a single invented date. Then the charts behind it: cycle and period length over the last eight cycles, which symptoms cluster where in your cycle, how your days tend to feel, and your temperature curve. Plus a one-page report you can print or save as a PDF for a doctor.

Calendar

See the whole picture, log a period in two taps

A continuous, scrolling calendar — logged periods, predictions and your fertile window on one view, with no page-turning by month. Tap a start day and an end day to log a period already in progress, or correct a mistaken entry in two taps, right from the grid.

The Fleura My Health screen, showing a Medications & hormones card with two active reminders and a guided breast awareness check
My Health

Your health, not just your cycle

Medications and hormones — pill, HRT, prenatal vitamins — each with its own reminder time and a full dose history you can log after the fact. Guided breast and vulvar self-exams. Skin, blood pressure, mental health, dental, vision and back & joint check-ins, each with a due date and its own log. Plus the screenings a clinician runs and when they're usually offered, and calculators for ovulation, periods and due dates.

Five ways to track

One app for whatever stage you are at

Switch mode whenever life changes — a positive test, a return after birth, the start of perimenopause. Your history stays exactly where it is, and every mode is free.

Cycle
The default. Period and ovulation predictions as a range, a fertile window that widens when your cycles do, and the phase you are in today.
Trying to conceive
The same predictions with the fertile window front and centre, plus basal temperature charting, LH test results and cervical mucus in the daily log.
Pregnancy
The cycle wheel gives way to your week, your due date and how far along you are. Every week brings the typical size, what is developing now, and what is changing for you. No period predictions, because there are none to make.
Contraception
Bleeding and symptom tracking without a fertile window — hormonal methods suppress ovulation, so Fleura does not draw one. Nothing here is a contraception aid, and the app never tells you a day is safe.
Perimenopause
Predictions framed for cycles that swing, with the wider variability said out loud rather than hidden in a confident-looking date. Sleep and mood move to the top of the log, where they matter most now.

All features

Symptom & flow logging

Period flow, mood, 60+ symptoms, energy, BBT, LH tests, cervical mucus, medications and notes.

Honest, ranged predictions

Next period, ovulation and fertile window, always shown as a range instead of a false-certain date.

Charts of your own patterns

Cycle and period length over time, where each symptom lands in your cycle, and your temperature curve.

Symptom-pattern flagging

When your cycles and symptoms show a pattern associated with PCOS or endometriosis, Insights and your clinical report say so — descriptive, never diagnostic, always pointing to a conversation with a clinician.

Continuous calendar

Every logged period, prediction and fertile window on one scrolling view — no page-turning by month.

Medication & hormone reminders

Add a pill, HRT or vitamin with its own reminder time. Mark doses taken, log a day you missed after the fact, and see the full history — reminders stop automatically once a course ends.

Guided self-checks & health check-ins

Step-by-step breast and vulvar self-exams, plus skin, blood pressure, mental health, dental, vision and back & joint check-ins — each with its own due date, log and reminder cadence.

Screening guidance

What's commonly recommended for cervical, mammography, colorectal, STI and cardiovascular screening, and when — so you know what to ask your clinician about.

Weight & waist tracking

Log trends over time in the same encrypted daily log as everything else, charted alongside your cycle.

Every stage of a cycle

Cycle tracking, trying to conceive, contraception, pregnancy, perimenopause. Switch anytime — no new app, no new account.

Calculators

Ovulation, period and due-date calculators, free with every account.

Partner sharing

A revocable link that shows a partner or a doctor a snapshot of your cycle — nothing else — and you can turn it off anytime.

Encrypted, on your device first

Everything is stored encrypted on your device the moment you log it, whether or not you ever sign in.

Backup that follows you

Sign in on another device and your history is there. The key is derived from your password on your own device — our servers only ever see ciphertext.

Export & import

Bring your history from Apple Health, Clue or a CSV during setup — and take it out again whenever you want.

Works offline

Installs like a native app on your phone and works fully without a connection.

Multi-device

Sign in on a new device and pick up exactly where you left off.

Lock it on your phone

An optional PIN on top of your device lock, for a phone that gets handed around.

Common questions

Is Fleura really free?

Yes — every feature, for everyone, with no paid tier to move you toward. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no trial that expires. We do not sell health data.

Is my period data private?

Your log is encrypted on your device the moment you write it, whether or not you ever sign in. The key that opens it is derived from your password on your own device and never reaches us, so the backup we hold is ciphertext we cannot read. We do not sell health data, and there is no setting for it because it is not built.

Can I use Fleura as birth control?

No. Fleura is not a contraceptive and its fertile window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Fertility-awareness methods used for contraception need training and a method designed for it. Talk to a clinician about your options.

Can I import my history from Flo, Clue or Apple Health?

Yes. Fleura reads an Apple Health export, a Clue export, or a plain CSV of dates and flow, and it offers to do it during setup rather than burying it in settings. The file is parsed on your device and never uploaded.

Is there an iPhone or Android app?

Yes — Fleura is free on both the App Store and Google Play. It also runs in any browser and installs to your home screen like an app: works offline, sends reminders, no app-store download required.

How accurate are the predictions?

As accurate as your history supports, and honest about the rest. Fleura shows the next period as a range that narrows as it learns your pattern, and withholds a prediction entirely when there is too little data to make one — rather than printing a confident date it cannot stand behind.

Does it work for pregnancy and perimenopause too?

Yes. Cycle tracking, trying to conceive, contraception, pregnancy and perimenopause are five modes of the same app. Switch between them whenever life does, without a new app or a new account, and your history comes with you.

Can I share with my partner or my doctor?

Both, separately. A revocable link shows a partner your current phase and what is expected next — never your logged history. For a clinician there is a one-page report you can print or save as a PDF, summarising your cycles and any patterns worth mentioning.

Does Fleura remind me to take my medication?

Yes. Add a pill, HRT or vitamin in My Health → Medications, set its own reminder time, and Fleura books it with your phone's notification system — it arrives even with the app closed. If a dose goes unmarked, a follow-up reminder arrives an hour later. You can log a day you missed after the fact and see the full dose history.

Ready to actually understand your cycle?

Free forever. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases — not now, not ever.
